This makes it more difficult to translate the vision, ethos, USP, the essence of the brand into visual designs and websites that actually convert into sales. Strategic positioning is often only vaguely understood, or indeed not even known about at all, so here are some of the most common questions we get about this super-important step on the road to business success

  • Positioning is about finding a place in the market that you can call your own. It’s about what differentiates your from your competitors, what products and services you should offer, at what price point. It’s about your vision, your mission and how to translate that into a viable business that is destined for growth. It’s about matching your passion, your purpose and your uniqueness with customers that fit, creating products / services that meet their pain points at a price that works for both of you

  • We will work together, usually over 5 Zoom sessions, with some prep work for you in between.

  • Yes, if you are thinking of launching a new product or service, you will need to define your positioning around that, ensure it fits nicely within your existing business positioning and makes sense for your customer base.

  • Yes, we can work with your team on your business positioning.

  • If you already have the answers to why you do what you do, what makes you different, who you do it for, what the essence of your brand is, what language your customers use, what your products and services are and what they are called, what your pricing model is etc. then we can jump straight into your visual identity design work or website. However, if you believe you could do with some clarity on these questions then we highly recommend investing in the positioning work first. You will thank us for it!
