  • Brand Transformation is for established business owners (typically 3+ years in business) who've outgrown their current brand. You're experienced, your work has evolved, but your brand and website no longer reflect the level you operate at. This programme is ideal if you have a proven track record, stable revenue, and are ready to invest strategically in positioning yourself for the next stage of growth.

  • Design Your Own Success is for start-ups and new businesses with simpler service offerings. Brand Transformation is comprehensive work for established businesses with more complex positioning needs. You receive the full 5-sessions (vs 2 for Design Your Own Success), complete visual identity design plus brand collateral (business cards, email templates, brand guidelines), and a more extensive website build (10+ pages with advanced functionality vs. 5-7 starter pages).

  • Five collaborative 90-minute sessions covering Purpose (your vision, mission, and origin story), Personality (your values and how you want to show up), People (deep dive into your ideal client and their pain points), and Positioning (your unique market position and competitive advantage). You'll complete exercises between sessions, and we may conduct customer surveys or interviews.

    At the end, you'll receive a comprehensive Brand Positioning Guide that becomes your strategic handbook.

  • Beyond your logo, colours, and typography, you'll receive professionally designed templates and materials to use your brand consistently: business cards, email signature, social media templates, presentation templates, and comprehensive brand guidelines showing how to apply your visual identity across all touchpoints.

  • Brand Transformation starts at €13,500 + VAT. The exact investment depends on the complexity of your business, the extent of brand collateral needed, and website functionality requirements.     A 50% deposit secures your spot in my schedule, with the balance due upon project completion.

  • Your website will typically include 10+ pages with advanced functionality tailored to your business needs. This might include service pages for multiple offerings, case studies or portfolio sections, lead magnet landing pages, blog setup, e-commerce integration, course pages on Kajabi, or custom forms and automations. We build what your established business actually needs, not just a basic brochure site.

  • No. We begin with brand strategy, which clarifies what content you actually need. By the time we reach the website phase, your messaging will be crystal clear, making content creation much easier. You'll need your copy and images ready before I begin the website design phase, but I'll guide you on exactly what's required well in advance. I work with excellent copywriters and brand photographers, so I can help you with these too.

  • Typically 4-5 months from initial strategy session to website launch. The timeline depends on your availability for sessions, how quickly you complete prep work between sessions, and content gathering for the website. We'll map out a realistic timeline during our discovery call based on your schedule.

  • Yes. Some clients prefer to complete brand strategy first, then return for visual identity and website when budget allows. However, completing the full transformation in one continuous project typically yields the best results because everything is strategically aligned from the start.

  • If you've worked with another strategist and have a solid brand positioning guide, we can skip the strategy phase and move straight into visual identity design and website build. I'll need to review your existing strategy to ensure it's comprehensive enough to inform the design work.

  • I work with both. Many of my Brand Transformation clients are solo consultants or small partnerships, but I also work with teams who want to be involved in the strategic process. We can adapt the session format to include key stakeholders.

  • I specialize in Squarespace (7.1), Kajabi, and Shopify. Each platform has different strengths β€” Squarespace for professional service websites, Kajabi for course creators and membership sites, Shopify for e-commerce. During our discovery call, I'll recommend the best platform for your specific needs.

  • You'll receive comprehensive training on how to manage and update your website, along with your brand guidelines showing how to maintain visual consistency. I'm available for ongoing support through Designer For A Day sessions if you need features added, technical issues resolved, or design updates made as your business evolves.

  • This programme is right for you if:

    • You've been in business 3+ years with proven revenue
